As of the two rows of ampule or vial dividers H+H recommends this setup for anesthesia as of the numerous drugs that are stored for OR cases in the cart. The tray can be sealed with a tamper evident security bag or locked with a plexi lid and security seals. When the bag or the seals are “opened” during an anesthesia case, the tray is taken to the pharmacy and exchanged for a sealed and replenished tray.
